A half day of mountain Snowshoeing with a professional English-speaking guide. Together, we will define the location, itinerary, and difficulty to ensure you have the best possible walk ! Minimum of 1 participant, maximum of 12.
Description
This reservation offers you a guide exclusively for you from 9 a.m. to 12 am or 2a.m to 5 p.m. Feel free to contact us before booking so that we can define together the route, the meeting point, and any other preferences. You can choose your route from various major sites in Occitania such as Cauterets and the famous Lake Gaube, Gavarnie and its Glacial Cirque…
The price includes:
Guidance by a mountain guide, liability insurance, a hot drink, and good vibes!
The price does not include:
Equipment rental is not included in the price, we can rent for you for 10 euros (snowshoes and poles). Suitable shoes (high, warm, and waterproof) are also available for rent for 10 euros.
Transportation to the starting point of the hike. Carpooling is organized by us. Meeting points:
Equipment Clothing:
Suitable high and warm snowshoeing boots.
Ski-type clothing
Warm pants, preferably waterproof, with leggings if necessary
Warm fleece clothing
Waterproof ski jacket
Extra warm layers, just in case!
Hat, gloves, and high-quality sunglasses In your backpack:
Water, at least one liter per person
Picnic, cereal bars, cookies, energy fruits for breaks
Sunscreen
Camera, binoculars if you wish! Snowshoes and poles, of course!
